Hey guys, I had started Jp90's routine a month ago doing 5 days on and 2 days off but I could tell from physiological indicators that I was working my member too much as I was unable to maintain 100% erections. So I stopped for a week and everything became normal again. I then switched to 2 days on 1 day off and now I'm still facing the same problem but it's not as bad as the 5 days on 2 days off routine. If I change to 2 days on 2 days off will that still be as effective? Would it mean I will have to extend JP90's routine for more than 3 months and should I get the same results as those who do the 5 days on 2 days off/2 days on 1 day off?

You are doing the right thing by listening to your PIs. Keep in mind any beginner routine is a guideline, you have to listen to your body and adapt as necessary. You may want to lighten your intensity before changing days on/off though, less is more and you might be doing too much. For my own routine I've been doing one on one off since the beginning and it's worked well for me. Do what works for you.
As far as will you need to extend your preliminary conditioning time, only you can answer that. If you are gaining from your existing routine then don't change anything, that is after all the best positive PI you can have. If you start slowing way down or stop gaining then slowly start introducing new exercises and keep listening to your PIs.Start 12MAR'13

It should work, if you can get any quick gains of it.. I don't know, maybe you should try to reduce the pressure when you jelq and stretch etc? like you don't press too hard and you don't stretch too hard..?
