I started serious Pe'ing for the past month and a half. I will be taking a week off for every 6 weeks of pe'ing.So when is it recommended to do a one month decon break? Is it advisable to do light stretches during the decon break ????

a whole month break? Why? Actually I think a week every 6 weeks is a bit government worker vacationish. I can't imagine not working it out for a week yet. It's like gym. When you don't do it for some time, your body and mind feel like something is missing.Measurements:
