  • Deconditioning break!!!!

    I started serious Pe'ing for the past month and a half. I will be taking a week off for every 6 weeks of pe'ing.So when is it recommended to do a one month decon break? Is it advisable to do light stretches during the decon break ????

    a whole month break? Why? Actually I think a week every 6 weeks is a bit government worker vacationish. If you're past the conditioning portion then maybe a week every 6-8 weeks would be reasonable but I'm not sure I could stand a month off.

      I've heard of Pe Members who have taken decon breaks of 1 to 2 months. So i was just wondering if i should do the same(i.e after i have been doing pe for a year).Thanks for your reply anyways.

        I can't imagine not working it out for a week yet. It's like gym. When you don't do it for some time, your body and mind feel like something is missing.
        Measurements:
        End of June 2009:
        NBPEL - 5.8 inches (14,7 cm)
        (will take decent measurements asap)
