Hey , Im starting JP90 and PE today. Im a new member .
My english is kinda bad and i read JP90 4 times and as i understand i should like this :
After warm up.
30 Seconds helicopter
Up down left right Streching and 25 kegels while streching
30 seconds helicopter again
10 big Rotation strechs to right with doing kegels and 10 big rotation strechs to left with doing kegels .
30 seconds helicopter
Strech to up and 25 kegels then 10 Rotation strech to right and 10 rotation strech to left
30 seconds helicopter shake
Strech to up and 25 kegels then 10 Rotation strech to right and 10 rotation strech to left
30 seconds helicopter shake again.
50 times wet jelq
30 times v jelq
50 times wet jelq
30 times v jelq
50 times wet jelq
30 times v jelq
50 times wet jelq
30 times v jelq .
Sorry I really have bad english , I feel like stupid to write those things again but i dont want to do something wrong .
Im looking for pegym and read articles for a while and i decided to start today.
Please tell me if i understand right or write with simple words so i can understand with my bad english :P

You got it almost correctly, with a few adjustments regarding the stretches:
- Warm up for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch downwards for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch upwards for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch straight out for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch to the left for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- Perform helicopter shakes for the count of 20 seconds.
- Hold a stretch to the right for the count of 25 kegels.
- Perform 10 clockwise circle stretches and 10 counter clockwise circle stretches.
- 50 Jelqs.
- 30 V-Jelqs.
- 50 Jelqs.
- 30 V-Jelqs.
- 50 Jelqs.
- 30 V-Jelqs.
-Warm down for a minimum of 5 to 6 minutes.

Quick question, this may sound a bit redundant but I want to make sure I am have stuff locked down before I start the JP90. For quick kegels, is it meant that at 25 kegels at 1 sec each (my definition of quick) or 25 kegels at 25 seconds?
Since I haven't done anything like this before, my idea of "quick" may be much different than the intended.

Yes, a quick kegel is about one second long, and you can also time your stretches and follow a separate kegels routine, in any case, do not over do your kegels, and make sure to add reverse kegels afterwards.
And if you haven't already done so, check the links on the navigation bar at the top of the page especially the START HERE Thread and focus on safety, you only have one penis, take good care of it.
Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Hi!
I'm new here and I've got a couple of questions about JP90 routine:
1. In the stretching part, it says "stretch to the left", then "stretch to the right", then out and then up. It doesn't mention stretching DOWN. So, should I stretch down or not?
2. It is recomended to do these exercises for 5 days and then take 2 days off. Is it really important to take 2 CONSECUTIVE rest days a week, or it's still ok to rest on, say, Fridays and Sundays?
