First post here, couple questions:
I have been using a bathmate, 3x5 mins 5 days a week, with 30 seconds x up, center, down, left, and right stretches between each bathmate set (so 1.5 mins per stretch direction). Also, 90 seconds kegel hold during first bathmate set and then 100 quick release kegels during third bathmate set
I have been doing this since the first of January, pretty much, and I think I have seen some slight girth gains but Im not sure (have not been measuring)
I want to try the JP90 because I want to maximize my newbie gains.
As a result, I will stop my bathmate and focus on the JP90 for three months.
1) Can I use hot water running in the shower as a warmup? Or is spending so long in a warm shower every day going to damage my testicles (I know it decreases sperm count)
2) When should I add the bathmate back in, and how would I incorporate it into this routine?
3) Are jelqs better than the bathmate? It seems that while the bathmate is longer continuous suction, the jelqs are a stronger burst of pressure at the glans
4) I am pulling decently hard on the stretches. I dont feel any pain, and I am pulling as hard as I think is reasonable. Is it better to do gentle stretches?
5) When can I add in an extender? Is "healing while extended" a significant way to progress?

1- hot water is fine. You can sheild your scrotum with your hand.
2- After 90 days if you are gaining continue as is or slightly increase reps. If you stop gaining but PIs remain strong add Bathmate.
3-the jelqs are also a compressive force over the whole shaft. I would never stop jelqs if I were you.
4- no pain recently aggressive stretches are best. This excersizes is the one that kills my EQ first. Closely monitor your PIs.
5- An extender can be beneficial. Especially for flaccid as to healing in extended position. I would wait for a couple months first.

Just did my first session of JP90, some more questions:
1) how would you describe the proper 60-70% erection? Engorged, but still pliable?
2) When jelqing, there comes a point near the glans where you can feel blood rushing back against you because it has nowhere to go, should I be putting the second hand around the base before the first hand let's go of the shaft, so that the blood doesn't rush away from the penis?
3) I think that hard stretches might be killing my EQ as well. I seem to get more turtling. Is it a quantity/how long I'm stretching thing or how hard?
4) when flacid if I give it a nice tug to stretch it out, it stays extended but then shrinks back. Is this turtling? Which one counts as my flaccid size?
I gotta say I'm a bit bummed after this first session. Coming from the bathmate I'm used to having a satisfying engorged feel. I really hope this works.
5) Can I still use the bathmate before sex?

1- Yes, quite engorged, but you can still squeeze and bend it. Aim for 50% to 60% at the beginning.
2- Two handed jelqing is better at maintaining pressure, however, be careful not to overdo it, do not do too much too soon.
3- Only enough to feel tension on your shaft, nothing more.
4- No, turtling is when your penis stays at a size smaller than your regular flaccid size.
5- If you are just beginning, I recommend that you gradually work your way up to the full routine over a few weeks and keep the Bathmate for later.

More questions!
1) When jelqing, should I be "swelling" (when you flex the kegel muscle and the whole penis inflates) my penis / glans with a surge of blood, and then doing the jelq to trap the blood and add extra pressure?
2) At what point should I be adding an extender to "heal while extended"?
3) Should I use a bathmate on off days, or not at all?

1- Yes, there should be some expansion in front of your grip.

2- You do not need an extender, but you may replace basic stretches with an extender if you want.

- Can you recommend some warmup techniques other than a warm rice sock? I live with family and will raise eyebrows if I am running to the microwave to heat up a rice sock every evening. So far, I have been doing JP90 at the end of my evening shower routine, after I have been under the warm water for ten minutes or so. But is this enough? Should I be directing a hotter stream towards my groin? Is this an issue for testicular health?
I see some people use infrared lamps, I dont know that I can be hauling a small desk lamp into the bathroom every night either...

hey mr b8. im very close to starting JP90, i just got my bed buddy heating pad. ill be starting once i have some lube and have a greater understanding of how to do each exercise correctly. to avoid injury, do them correctly, and make proper gains.

(for this jelq, i have a question. can i follow the wet jelqing instructions on this? using lubricant. how tight does my ok grip need to be? how hard should i be scrolling my grip from the base to the shaft. Also ill be trying my best to do as indicated in the video. but i feel it will be difficult since my penis is alot shorter and im circumsized. It seems like he's gripping and scrolling pretty hard is that's how its done? I read that scrolling all the way past the shaft/head will be bad and cause injury. how true is that? if i have a shorter penis than in the video, where should i stop the wet jelq? is an erection level that's still pointing down ideal for this exercise?)
