    Yes, use lube, and a light grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans, the thread below will help you know if you are jelqing correctly and give you tips on how to do so.

    It will be harder to maintain an erection while standing up, but if you are more comfortable that way then yes, though many do it reclining.

    Same info as above, use a partial erection, no more than 65%, and the lightest grip that can still move blood up the shaft and to the glans.

    Hey guys,

    I was wondering if edging immediately after jelqing is ideal for growth. I want to know if Routine>Edge>warm down is ideal. Also are you supposed to finish when edging or is it better to ejaculated? Thanks in advanced!

    When doing the JP90 routine when do I do my stop & stare (Edging) and how many times a week while exercising.

    Hi guys I started 3-4 days ago.. I need to write it down and also write down stats that I have started with :P I am currently at 6 inches x 5 inches (15 centimeters x 13 centimeters).

    I have a question tho. Is it really necessary to do V- jelqs with your middle and ring finger as shown on the pictures somewhere or can I do it just wit index and middle finger? I feel like I can squeeze more with them.

    Hey I was just wondering. I don't feel really good doing those V-jelqs (my ball's skin always gets between my shaft and my fingers and I just don't think it's doing actually anything) so if I decide to stop doing them and continue this routine just without them, will I get less gains or will that affect somehow my gains?

    I stopped trying to do v jelqs very early, and it has not hurt my gains at all. Do more regular jelqs if you prefer. Follow your PIs.
