    Hey,

    Thanks for the demonstrations. I'm in the beginning of P.E. In fact, today is the end of my second week (I'm on the 5 day on, 2 days off routine). This may just be my own delusion but I feel like I'm already starting to see results, nothing too major, just a slight increase in girth.

    I have a question about masturbation. I've read a few post on this forum about masturbation and the possible decreasing effects it can have on P.E. gains. I masturbate quite regularly. I usually complete this P.E. routine in the mornings and continue on with the rest of my day's schedule, finding time to masturbate whenever I'm free, and sexually aroused (sometimes multiple times a day). I have also, at times decided to masturbate prior to performing this routine. So my question remains, is there any way I could receive a definite answer on whether my masturbation habits will cause a decrease in my P.E. results?

    Hi quick questions,

    Are V Jelq's both hands = 1 rep?

    And the warm down, do I have to stretch and do all of the helicopters again or is it only mean the heated wash cloth part?
