I'm no doctor, but is it safe to take Super-B AND a multivitamin at the same time? I feel like there's a lot of vitamins and minerals being doubled up.
I have no problem taking both as long as someone vouched for the safety of using them together.

Hi there, just a question. To complete a wet jelq I have to release the grip on my glands when my other hand is halfway up my penis.
What does one do if my penis isnt long enough to do this? I usually start at the base of my penis as soon as I release my other hand from my glands. Is this good enough? Or should I do something else? Been making girth gains mostly soo far and its my 4th week of this workout.

My penis has a left curve, will doing this routine make it worse? And can I focus more of the stretching to straight out and right to counter my leftward curve?

I have a question, what should I do to get my erection to go down quicker. Mostly it's jelqs that get me hard and it takes a few seconds to go down so this adds to minutes because it could get aroused from the feeling pretty easily. So any tips about how to keep it in that perfect percentage of erection without going full on 100%.

When doing normal jelqs, two hands count as one rep right? but is it the same with v-jelqs or is one hand = one rep?

It can be done in a chair. You will have to sit on the edge of the chair to do the straight down stretching.

1. For the basic stretching exercise, how long should I do it? e.g. how many seconds should I hold in each direction and how many reps (it isn't stated)
