Hello everyone.
I have been reading up quite a bit on PE. I'm primarily unhappy with my length.
I've started doing some manual stretching, however, I've been reading a bit about injuries and I'm a bit scared to continue doing these.
I just plan to do stretching exercises as I don't really have too much interest in increasing my girth.
I know that injuries to tissue, or arteries/veins are likely to heal relatively quickly (as long as it was mild).
However, my fear is primarily with the nerves, particularly the dorsal nerve.
How much can this nerve be stretched safely? Is it possible to tear inside?

The key is to use a mild to moderate force.
Please read the Safety first section, it's written to address your concerns.

Hey Dangler.
Yes I went thru all that information.
The biggest problem right now is to try to get an idea of how hard is too hard.
I've only done it a couple of times so far, and I've been doing it like this:
I'm uncut, so I have to pull the foreskin all the way back, then I'm using my index finger and thumb with light pressure to pull in the different clock wise directions for 30 seconds. I'm pulling until I can't stretch my penis anymore, but I won't force it. Basically when there's not natural elasticity left, that's where I stop, then I hold it there 30 seconds, and go to the next angle.
So far I only have mild soreness in the ligaments, and no pain in my penis.
I am worried about what possible nerve damage could be done by stretching however. How much can the dorsal nerves stretch safely? This is what I haven't been able to find in any of my searches

Stop at the first sign of pain, always.
It is permissible to include ones foreskin in the activities. I do. It saves using lube!
It should feel good. The no pain no gain, not appropriate for beginners.Valued Member of 11 years at the PEGym

Hello Dangler.
I have no interest in doing any jelquing at all. I am only interested in doing the stretching exercises. However I've been reading a lot of the horror stories on the internet, and I'm kind of weary to continue, since I rather have a working penis, even if it's smaller than I would like.
