So I've read through this Kegels: Only One Piece of the Equation to Strengthen the Pelvic Floor and taken in as much of the information on different exercises as I can in one read through.
My question is has anybody got a good beginner routine that I can start off with?
I don't want to put my own together with so little experience and risk injuring myself. I also learn better if given a starting point, as otherwise I try to do everything at once and burn out.
