Ok so I just did week 1 on JP's routine, I can say that the hardest part for me was the warm up because I get hard very easily so it was very hard to make the warm up with a flaccid penis.
I tried to think about funny stuff or to put my attention in other things, it kinda work a little, I plan to watch a funny show or something while I PE next week hopefully it will help.
On how my penis has been taking the work out I think it is all going very well, I kinda feel it now a bit more chunky or heavy.
And that's it will try to keep on making weekly reports on how the routine goes for the 90 days.
