What EQ levels are optimum for both length and girth gains while jelqing ????

What I read about it seems that for most of us a 50-70% erection will give the most benefite in terms of lenght and girth.

Low erection % Jelq works length more, high % jelq girth more. Over 60% erection jelq is the provence of veterans.

This will be open for debate for a long time.
But I think the best think to do is to experiment for your self.
And above all your thought is the ultimate weapon. If any one will say to you to do jelqs at 40% for girth and for you dose not feel good and/or you don't think it works, IT WON'T.
Pegausus is right. Acording to the advice of the older ones in PE over 60-70% erection jelqs may be dangerous and not so effective for a beginner..
So I encourage you to try yourself and see what feels good for you.

Low % jelq is safe enough to experiment with. I urge caution when experimenting with high % jelq.

Thanks for your reply. By the way i'm not into high EQ jelqing.Anything above 60% for me is really uncomfortable and i don't feel the blood moving within my unit since it's hard enough. My jelqs are within the range of 45%-55%,nothing more. So i was wondering if it's sufficient to provide girth along with length.

JP, I thought JAI stretches were for length? Arent they done at high erectioin levels?

I do the JAI stretches in my routine and i keep my EQ in between 0%-15%,nothing more. Doing JAI stretches at high EQ will be detrimental for length gains and can cause serious injury to your unit if not done properly. Leave the high EQ stretches for the Erect Stretches but yeah do them properly and safely.
