Ok, Help me out on this would you? So I did my stretching with this theory in mind, I pulled my tool straight up (12:00, to my belly button) and did a (servral) Kegel(s) and I felt it "pull back" (got nothing with straight out and down)....So this means I need to exercise straight out/up, right?
Also while I'm posting this, can I stretch/jelq every "other" day? Of course with a warm up!!!
Example:
Stretch - Monday
Jelq - Tuesday
Stretch - Wednesday
Jelq - Thursday
Off - Friday
Stretch - Saturday
Jelq - Sunday
You get the point. Or should I do both of these on the same day? Any thoughts on this?

Most of us do them both on same day, which you can, and yes you have the LOT prognosis correct (stretch against your LOT).
