  • Beginner questions and advice needed

So I started pe awhile ago but didn't stick to it. Now I've been at it for a month.

The first month I did my jelqs I didn't feel like I was accomplishing much, but this past week I've been holding my hand at the base of my glans while I start another jelq and I think that helps. But I'm curious how others use their grip? A strong grip or not? And how do you hold your ok grip, with the palm toward you or away from you?

I haven't seen much growth aside from stronger erections and the veins running along the side of my penis getting larger.

I have a slight curve to the right. The curve is mostly at the base and gets straight about 1/4 up the shaft then my penis is fully straight. What can help this?

I don't feel like vjelqs are doing much. I can't seem to move enough blood so the gland never feels hard.

Also I'm going to try to stop watching porn and masturbating to see if that will help with gains. I'd like to be at 7 1/2 x 5 1/2.

Sorry the message is so long. Btw I'm doing jp90.
    Current: BPEL 6.5" EG 5"
    Goal: EL 7.5" EG 6"

Most important thing is that you don't quit. No matter what. Do jp90 until the end of the 3 months. If you don't see gains the entire time, come back and we will get it sorted out. Jp90 is more about conditioning and if you have seen more veins, etc, its a good sign.

Try pushing blood into the glands by pushing it up along where the urethra is, this should push blood into your head.

Be gentle at first. It's important to learn about your body and how it works. This is one of the many advantages of PE.

The curve could be Peyronie's disease. It could be the way you masterbate, the way you sleep or how it sits in your pants. It's your job to figure it out. Curves can be very hard to correct but i do think its possible.

I hope that gave you some encouragement and something to think about.
