  • OK Jelqs vs. V-Jelqs

    Are they interchangeable?

As in if a routine consisted of 25 v jelq strokes, can i do 25 ok jelq strokes instead?

Correct me if im wrong, but i didnt think itd make a difference since they both just involve moving blood around the penis. I always thought peopel chose between the two because one of them was harder on the fingers.

If they arent the same. Are there notable advantages to either? IE which is better for length/girth.. etc.

    Thanks

In my opinion "V" jelqs get you the faster gains.

The v-jelq doesn't do much for the corpus spongiosum as you barely touch it. But v-jelqs work the corpus cavernosum quite well. On the other hand, when I do my downward ok jelqs, I really hit the spongiosum. My spongiosum has gotten huge since I started jelqing, and I attribute most of that to the downward, ok jelqs.

Thanks for replies but lets step back a few steps.

Can you guys explain corpus spongiosum/cavernosum?

Which is the one that helps with erect length the fastest?

Corpus Spongiosum are the side chambers of your shaft, the cavernosum is the chamber on the bottom of your shaft. I believe that though neither is really great for length (and then only if flaccid), the v-jelq might do more for it.

You got it backwards. The cavernosum is the side chambers and the spongiosum is the bottom. OK jelqs stray more towards length gains and v-jelqs are more of a girth exercise than OK jelqs.

So in your opinion, i should keep on doing OK jelqs for length gains right?

                    My bad!!!
But the truth is neither jelqing exercise is going to do much for length, but both are going to help girth.
As for being hard on the fingers, v-jelqs will tax those puppies as you increase reps.

I do both, more ok's then v's, but I think they are both productive for girth enhancement. If you are after length, do stretches, because neither of these jelqs are going to give it to you.

Hmm i always though stretches helped with FL more than EL.

At least with my 8 months of experience it seems that way for me.

Well trex you thunk wrong!! Stretches are most definitely for erect length gain. The top flaccid gain exercise I am aware of is Lazy Ass Stretches - now that bad boy works wonders on your flaccid length. V-jelqing and ok grip jelqing are primarily for girth gain. Stretches are for length, and stretching doesn't usually do much if anything for girth. That is PE 101.

Bare in mind that you need a very well conditioned penis to do the lazy ass stretch. Don't damage yourself.

I dont know about that one. As far as im concerned i low erection ok jelqs have given me EL.

Fowfers are horribly hard for me to do. Therye uncomfortable

Ill try splitting up my jelqing/stretching sessions starting november, that way i can focus on each part.

I personally think splitting up routines is a good thing. I go so far as to usually only do one or the other on any given day. Usually try for a day of girth, then stretches, girth, then stretches, then one or two days off depending.

Have you tried Lazy Ass Stretches sitting on a cushioned chair - very important.

LookAlive, you may be correct in your warnings, but I started doing them from day one and have had zero problems with them, but much success.
