Sure you gain, but why would you not worm up. It's the #1 thing that'll keep you form hurting your dick. Sure it's a pin in the ass and might seem extraneous but do you want your dick to hang sideways???

In the beginning i thought the warm-up was just to prevent injury. After i learned it makes the penis distort better for growth i warm-up each and every time to maximize my results.

Some one had conducted a statistic study on this, and almost every body agree, for newbie to maximize your newbie gain do warm up^^. You'll gain but not what you must have gain.
