How much less can I expect to gain without a good warm up?

Tha'ts a question you wont get an accurate answer to . But i skipped the warm-up my first month and still gained in length and girth . Then i read about the tunica distorting much better when its warm , over 103 degree's i think it said . So i warm up before each session to maximize my gains

Semper Fi, there are all kinds of excuses you can use. You can also drop $10 on a thermal pack that is specifically designed to be microwaved or frozen for heat/cold therapy. Just say your knee hurts and the heat makes it better.

Hey Jarhead: Rice Sock
I tell my wife it is for my lower back. And on occasion apply it to her lower back and massage her for a while. This makes it fade into the back ground. By the way it does nicely on the lower back, particularly before abdominal excercises.
