Red Spot/Zit - Pubic Area - Picture

Hi all,

I'm just curious to know if anyone has every experienced this issue. I usually get a red looking sort of zit on an exact spot in my pubic area when I do PE after 1 week. I'm not sure if i'm causing it somehow during my routine or not. I had the same issue a couple of mths ago at the exact same spot when I was doing PE but when I stopped it went away. I just started PE again after a few weeks break and it came back. I don't know if it's just coincidence, if I should stop again..if's im maybe stretching too much, i'm a bit lost on this one.

Not sure if the pictures help but it's basically on my underwear wasteline so it kind of hurts all day long...it pretty much looks and feels like a zit but i'm not sure if it is.

Any input would be appreciated, i'm probably going to see a doc on this one but i'm curious to know if anyone here experienced this b/c i'm pretty sure it's related to the PE excercies.
