    Hi I have been PEing for about a month 1 day on 1 day off slow easy routine. Recently I have noticed I cannot achieve an erection unless by sensation. I tried watchin p*** but nothing but to be honest I think thats because I am not turned on by it anymore. I also have kinda weak if no morning wood at all. But when I rub my thing and do some jelqs I can get rock hard erections. I don't masturbate but I read masturbating can introoduce new blood flow. Please if someone can give me a response

    One day on and one off seems like a doable load, but you are probably overdoing your sessions. Too many reps and/or too intense a routine is just as bad as too many days in a row. What is your routine like? You probably just need a couple of days off, which will work wonders on your erection issues, then perhaps reassess your routine and schedule.

      I believe a lack of morning wood is a negative PI and a sure sign that you need to revise your routine.

      Have you tried/are you trying JP's 90-day routine? Also, try maybe 2 days on to every 1 day off.

      Another exercise you could look into is edging, kind of like masturbation although you maintain it for a prolonged period of time and ejaculation at the end isn't compulsory. I use a similar 'stop/start' technique in which I'll edge until I hit the PONR, stop until the sensation deteriorates, and then repeat. I do it three times. I have found it helps with erection quality and I get morning wood every morning now.

        First off , are you sure your new condition is related to PE? There are many common factors in one's daily life that can cause erections to be harder to come by. Fatigue, depression, stress, change in diet, allergies, sickness and injuries could all have an effect for instance.
