I am new to PE gym but have looked at it before and tried a bit.
I seem to be getting unsatisfied results as it seems over a course of 6 months, I've only increased in 2/12 of an inch.
I may be doing it wrong, but just to be sure, I wanted to know everything any beginner should know.
Any tips?
Example: techniques, diet, etc.Start: BLEP: 5.85" EG: 5.25
Current: BPEL: 6.1" EG: 5.5"
Goals: BPEL: 7.75" EG: 6.5

You ask for the answer to all your needs, but the forum is full of just the information you seek. If you did it for six months in the past, then you probably know how to search this site out, as well as a couple of other valid sites.

No, after reading through the forums, and watching the "how to" videos is research. After doing all of that if you still have questions, this is just the place for them.

Just follow JP's 90 Day Routine. He explains it all very well and it's a perfect starting place.
If you have any more specific questions you can always make use of the 'search' option in order to see if there is an answer before you make a new thread for it.
