Thread: Green Tea and White Tea?
- 09-08-2009 #1
Hello there,
I know that certain individuals here recommend the consumption of green tea (kingpole) as means of a relaxant and circulation stimulator (though not as powerful as ginger). Both of these translate into better erections.
Now my question. What about white tea? This is made of the same leaves as green tea however at a younger stage. Wikipedia seems to argue that it does most things more effectively than green tea (bacterial/viral infection fighting, mood enhancing, relaxation).
Can white tea be recommended, not as a replacement, but perhaps as an alternative to green tea?

I think white tea is stronger than green tea but not widely available as green tea. I drink it now and then.

I like white tea and also red. Since cuting down coffee at kp's suggestion I have tried many types, I think there is a place for most of them.

I started drinking white tea at the recomendation of a nutritionist a few years back and loved it. The problem I have is finding it in decaf. Caffeine and I just dont get along. If I have the choice I would choose white.
