  • I need a good kegeling routine.

    Do kegels as prescribed by the warm-up in the beginner's guide, is that enough? I ask because the first time I did kegels properly (150+), the very next morning I woke up with an insanely hard number 10.

    So what's a good kegeling routine? How long do you hold each kegel? How many days a week? I ask these questions because in the beginner's guide provided by the website, it says to kegel every other day:

    "Since your PC muscle is actually a skeletal muscle, like your biceps and triceps, you'll want to give it enough rest to nourish and grow. Just like your other muscles, your PC muscle is easily overtrained. To avoid overtraining, don't Kegel every day. Instead, only Kegel three to four days a week"

    So what do you think? Success stories from routines would be nice. Thank you.

    In the 90 day routine, I recommend 100 Kegels. 25 at each stretch and hold position.
    This works out to 500 Kegels a week. Plenty enough.
