I recently bought 50 pills of L-arginine (500 mg) and 240 pills of gingko biloba (not sure of mg)

As i saw that these were the most recommended supplements, i was wondering: Do they REALLY help with growth? Or am i wasting money?

2) How much of each am i supposed to take and how frequently (morning/night)?

Im using a 2 on 1 off PE routine, if that helps any.
