Expansion after JP90

Is it normal to measure 1/2" larger MEG after doing the JP90 workout? This girth goes away after about an hour and my MEG is back to normal. I am normally 5" MEG, but after getting hard doing JP90, my dick looked huge so I measured and it was 5 1/2". I will say that from a visual standpoint for me, that 1/2" gain was HUGE.

It is usual to get a post-workout pump like that from jelqing and other girth exercises. Sounds like things are going well for you on that front.

I have been doing this for about three weeks now, same happens to me. Not a problem!
