Is taking the supplements mentioned in the beginners routine a necessity for gaining?

To insure adequate supplementation for health, you should actually already be taking some sort of vitamins as our average diets do not contain everything we need. Growth and healing as well as normal efficient functions of our bodies and body parts require vitamins, minerals and nutrition. Yes, unless you are on the "Perfect Diet", they are needed.

phippy..i take vitamins '' centrum'' and American ginseng and ginkgo biloba..that all what i take....it is nessecery to take L-Arginine capsule and L-Lysine
