Ok, so I ended up buying one of these: Unique-Heat Personal Enhancement Heating Pad
I'm finding that with 1 minute of microwaving, it's too hot the first minute or so, so I let it cool for 1 min and then slap it on my junk for 10 mins before stretching out.
The problem is my junk/pelvis area quickly loses heat once the pad is off. I'll do like 2/3 30 second stretches, and by then I gotta reheat the pad and put it on my junk again for another 10 mins.
What the heck? How are you guys dealing with this? I may just go back to constantly running hot water and stretching under the water like I started doing originally.

I use a rice bag. Molds nicely around your junk. Heat it up in the microwave stays warm for upto 45mins if you throw it under a pillow/covers while you do the routine.
