Hi all I am new to the board but I have been trying to read as much as I can, I have started the 90 day beginer routine and I am 2 days in. My starting measurments are BPEL 5.8", EG 5.1". Times when my EQ are at 9 or 10 I am actually closer to 6.0 BPEL. I never thought that I had a small penis per say but I always felt I wanted a little more especially where I am 6'5" tall.
The problem is that I have a turkey neck that goes almost halfway up my penis, so unless you are looking at it from my angle it definetly looks a lot smaller than it actually is. The positioning of the turkey neck makes it imposible for my fingers to meet in the OK grip jelq, I simply try to squeeze my fingers together over the skin but I am not sure if I am getting the full effect doing it that way. I have actually visited a uroligist and he said that surgery could be an option, he claimed it wasnt a major surgery and the surgery simply takes away the attached skin and stitches everything up. The Dr. said that it does leave a scar but nothing too serious.
My question to all of the experienced PE'rs here is do you think I should consider having the surgery or are there specific stretching excersises I can try to loosen up the skin? Also does anyone here have firsthand knowledge of what the surgery is like and what the recovery entails? I never thought I would be able to go under the knife down there but I am desperate.....I guess a 6" BPEL is average but with the turkey neck it looks smaller from the side,. One more question I have is if I continute with the 90 day routine without getting the surgery will the turkey neck get worse and possibly limit potential gains or do you think a PE routine combined with some stretching is my best bet?
I have always thought that I will never be truly happy unless I am satisfied with myself downstairs. I am sure many here feel the same way. I am glad I found this website and I am so appreciative of everyones input. I no longer feel alone in this battle of mine.

I found this site because of a turkey neck. I've since stretched it back successfully (approx 1/2" currently) and you can too. Just hold the scrotum skin down when you jelg. Do other exersizes wehre you hold the scrotum skin and stretch the lower shaft skin away, these work. Use lots of Vitamin E/Aloe lotion and ignore your TN when doing regular stretches.

thanks for the quick response, I have started to try to stretch it a little bit but I am really considering the surgery. I will try to think of the best way to describe my problem, it may be difficult to fully describe without posting a picture which I may do later when I get home. The problem is when you are erect your testicles tighten and when this happens my right testicle travels up the bottom portion of my shaft an inch or two. So I am 6" BPEL but because of the turkey neck and the tightening of my testicles it is difficult to insert the full 6" into a vagina. This basically makes the bottom portion of my penis useless during sex because the testicle acts as a barrier. For example when I am fully erect and if i wanted to wrap my hand around the bottom portion of my shaft I would be grabbing balls instead of shaft.
I dont know if my description makes it any clearer for anyone but I will attempt to post a picture later on so you can get a better idea of the dilema that I am facing. You stated that stretching helped you a lot, was your problem similar to mine in regards to basically losing the bottom inch or two??

also to phibbyshammer......when you used stretching to help with the turkey neck did you have some type of stretching routine or did you just stretch it out at random points throughout the day??

Same exact problem here and skin so tight on lower penis that it would tear sometimes. Nuts pulled up so tight they'd draw up at the base of my shaft. STRETCHING HELPS!!!
I stretch that area of skin seperate from my other exersizes. I stretch it while watching a ball game, while soaking in a hot tub, while sitting here reading up on the internet and whenever an opportunity exist. I figure I can stretch it 6 hours a day if time allows so I do every chance I get. I have improved it by over 1/2" so I know it works. its definetly encouraging to hear that there is a non surgical option to fix this problem. How long did it take to lose that .5 inch of skin?

2-3 months and still working on it.
