  • Hi!!!! Need help on routine advice!!!!

    Hi .... i have been doing this routine for the past 2 months ....

    Warm Up - 20 minutes
    Basic LOT Stretches - 30 seconds each direction plus 25 quick kegels
    Rotary Cranks - twice clock wise / twice anti-clock wise
    JAI Stretches - 30 @ 1 set
    Tunica Tugs - 10 @ 1 set
    Dry Jelqs - 15 @ 3 sets
    Warm down - 5 minutes

    Is this too much ????

    This is my routine for 3 months and i have completed 2 months so far .... Should i tone it down or tone it up ????

    Doesn't sound like you have too stressful of a routine. Don't like wet Jelqs?

    I would add 50 wet Jelqs and 30 "V" Jelqs and drop the dry Jelqs. The reason, Glans Engorgement,

          I used to do Wet Jelqs but i have more control over my erection level when i do dry jelqs .... aka ..... does not make me more horny .... but i will heed your advice .... I will drop the dry jelqs and add 50 wet jelqs and then 30 v jelqs .... i have never tried v jelqs .... how do you count reps for v jelqs .... is it like wet jelqs ???? two stokes = 1 rep ???? Thanks for your reply ....

            I do my stretches for 30 seconds and then still holding my stretch i do 25 quick kegels but i realized that while doing the 30 second stretch i simultaneously do my 25 kegels .... is that right ?????
