  • My one month of PE impressions (including some Breaking Bad) :p

    Hey all, after my first month of PE here's my impressions AND results for those interested.

    In my first thread my measurements were:
    6.69 BPEL
    6.29 NBPEL
    5.11 MEG

    And now there are:
    6.9 BPEL
    6.49 NBPEL
    5.11 MEG

    So awesome results all around 0.2 in erect length in one month is pretty badass. My routine was for the most part pretty basic. I did a slightly modified JP90 program:

    -5-10 mins of warm-up with hot water
    -10-15 mins of gentle stretches without too much pressure (kegeling, helicopter shake, stretching in and out in all directions, holding it up downwards/upward for 5 minutes)
    -30 mins+ of wet jelquing, this time applying a reasonable pressure along the shaft.
    -20 mins of edging just for the fun
    And warm-down when I had the time.

    Like I said, pretty basic stuff. But during this first month, I've made some observations:
    -First of all, PE just feels great! Even if I didn't gained anything, playing with my junk is kinda...funny. It doesn't feel like a chore AT ALL. So all of you guys waiting to start, just do it (after reading all things security related of course ) !
    -Using too much lube, I feel, may not be such a good idea. It sure feels great during exercises but it may condition (like porn in a sense) my penis to those ultra-wet conditions. It's like expecting the girl to wet like there's no tomorrow so I'm not sure. I'll try to dig (no pun intended) this matter more thoroughly.
    -In the first days of my program, I was constantly measuring myself and of course gains don't happen overnight. A bit discouraging for someone with false assumptions about PE. Hopefully it was not my case so I kept going but measured less frequently and so should we, beginners at PE.
    -During my third week, I felt that my penis was less cooperative (soreness, difficulty to stay half erect for jelquing, etc). Maybe due to overtraining. The sessions that followed were less intense so it kinda went back in place. What I learned is that you have to listen to the messages your body is sending and adapt!
    -Breaking Bad. Don't do your PE session while watching the latest Breaking Bad. It's just too much stress for my brain to keep my penis erect ahah
    -EQ gains are the shit. So easy yet so effective!

    That's pretty much it! Obviously I'm going to continue my journey since it works And feel free to ask any questions !
