After ejaculation, does your penis go flaccid quickly and turtle or stay as a big flaccid?

I see alot of people turtle, but mine stays as a big flaccid for a long time.

It depends.
If I ejaculate after intercouse my flaccid is elarged. But if ejaculation is the result of masturbation the flaccid is not that enlarged(not turtled, but visible smaller).

Before I started PE my Penis used to basically turtle after ejaculation but since I started with PE it definetly hangs longer and is alot fatter. Does anyone know if this is a known result of PE?

If it's a great orgasm, it turtles.
If it's a less-than-great one, it stays enlarged.

I get both. Sometimes I stay hard and keep going and sometimes I turtle so much I know round 2 isn't going to happen. So far I haven't found any indicators of how it'll play out.
