Hi ..i am new at this forum..m 34yrs old and got married 10months back..the problem is i used to musterbate for quite some time and now at full erection my penis remains very loose .it should be tight enough to enter in the vegina but it won't.Also the size is a concern as well ..i have a 5'...Pls help how can i make it strong and is it the problem because of musterbating...i fine it vry difficult to enter and erection stays for very less time...Pls help...

This is refered to as EQ . If you have low eq, your dick might not be hard enough for sex. There are many reasons for this ,some are medical, it may pay to visit the doc and eliminate these. There are exercises you can do to increase your EQ, have a look around the site.
