Anyone ever use an extender with their routine? Is that overtraining as well? Im just curious.

Many of us here use extenders but it's not really part of our routines. I feel that the wearing of an extender, with all the hassle of putting it on, trying to get it comfortable, taking it off every 20-30 minutes or so to restore good circulation, putting it back on, is more trouble than a good structured stretching routine.

Yes an extender does work. But I think this device takes more discipline than the AVERAGE PE'r is willing to commit to.

I read a review by a guy who wore one for a close to if not a year. He had no ties to any device maker let me find a link. Having trouble finding the link , he said alot of bad things about it , said he wore it like 680 hours and got a 1/2 gain total . No! NO NO! Penis tissue will start to die within 20 minutes if circulation is cut off. NEVER wear an extender while you sleep.

If you are up and awake, no problem, you can monitor the circulation. Do as many 'sets' as you feel like. Take it off every, no more than an hour, and give it a good massage and a few Jelqs with Helicopter's.

When I've finished my routine, my penis is plump and longer than normal. What I meant by using an extender was to stop/delay the penis returning to it's normal size after x amount of time, by "showing" it that it should stay elongated.
Maybe I'm making no sense
