I know this information is probably scattered around this place but i wanted to make it more personal to myself by making a thread. I made this routine i guess it is jp90 but has maybe a few variations just from me reading others experiences and adopting some of their stuff that i might like more.
My routine is 4 min warm up by dipping my junk in a cup of hot water
`Streches to the right, left , straight out all holding for a rep of 25 kegals in each direction
finish it off with circle streches while holding kegal for the whole time 20 circle strech rotations.
~ 10 min jelq
~9 min of v jelqs
~warm down 2 min in cup of warm water
So any opinions of this routine are welcomed in conjuction with my goals i have in mind for length. i like this routine so far really feels good to me 3 days on 1 day off is the schedule i am sticking to. Now on to the few questions... I have a hyper sex life i have sex id say if id gather an average 2 times everyday 5 days of the week I do not edge since i do that all the time during sex, and my question for this is should i slow down my schedule to 2 days on 1 day off is this considered overtraining coupled by my routine as a beginner?. Next question my penis stays 30 to 40 % flaccid majority of this routine could this be a problem for me i have a hard time getting harder without my girl or porn around me. The act of jelqing does not make me harder either could this give me more length gains by staying at that kind of flaccid state?.

BPEL:5
Girth: 5.6
My goals: obviously i feel pretty good in the girth department but lately my length has been getting to me so i been feeling insecure about that to an extent. I am more or less doing this for myself my girlfriend loves my little pudgy guy down there and has no complaints also thinks i am silly for doing this. but i see potential for improvement in this new found information i have gathered from this community so far, so why not take up the pursuit for a healthier happier potentially bigger penis cheers.

Routine is fair enough, although I for one would look into getting something other than a cup of water for warm-up and I'd make my warm-up longer. Also, you have a very active sex life with a girl who likes your thingie, so why be insecure? You're clearly delivering the goods, so let them shoulders rest.

this is a good routine...but if i was in u ill to 2 days on 1 off, in the future for lenght u will can add some different kind of stretch and time used for stretching (boundled stretch, a-stretch, btl stretch, erect stretch etc..)...u have a real intense sex life i suggest u to eiaculate not more than 3-4 times a weeck because cum is fondamental for your grew

That seems like a lot of volume for a beginner program, but its been a long time (2 years) since I've done the JP90. If this were me, I'd do your variation of JP90 without increasing the volume until the gains stop. After that for length I would slowly increase the amount of stretching in my workout. I started at 30 seconds directional stretches, and over a few years have worked up to several minutes. So maybe to start your increase you can add ten seconds to each direction, do that for four weeks, and see if you need to add more. (You'd need to decrease if you have any negative PI's, and you would stay at that increase if you are gaining without any negative PI's) ONLY ADD VOLUME IN YOUR PE WORKOUT AFTER YOU'VE FINISHED JP90 AND CONDITIONED YOUR PENIS.
Other than that your routine looks ok: some girth work, some length work, some kegels, whats not to love? Just keep in mind that PE is a marathon, not a sprint....and the longer you've been at it the more you learn what exercises/intensity/devices work for you. Be safe! I'm doing the JP 90 Routine and I do the warm ups and warm downs for 10 min. with a wet warm cloth. Try using a wash rag to wrap around your area.
