Pirate, I forgot to ask you an important question. How long should I stay on this program?
Did you start a log thread?
Assuming everything goes well, I think you should increase your workout duration by a minute per week, sticking with the twice a day, MWF format. Once we get you up to, say, 15 minute sessions, we will start you doing RKs for 5 minutes in addition, also increasing your RK sessions by 1 minute per week. We your Kegel sessions reach 30 minutes, we might add some Kegel Holds or, perhaps Super Kegels.

Today was my first workout session and I wrote all of the details down on paper. Ex: how I felt after my workout, how many reps were done in my 5 minute timeframe. Last night I looked throughout the site on how to create a Log Thread. All it did was redirect me to one forum or another. How exactly do you create one?
Also I would like to know if I should adapt certain masturbation habits while doing my Kegel Training. I don't want to do anything that will effect my progress.
Go to the Progress Forum and start a thread. That's your log thread.

It's very hard for me to edge right now. I tried yesterday for the first time in about 2 months but I just couldn't keep an erection. It will definitely get hard, but it gradually keeps going down. Maybe it's some after effects of this Porn Reboot that I just did. What's your opinion?
