    Hey, Kovu here. I've been doing the JP90 for about 6 months now, but I just now joined PEgym.
    A little background on me:
    I had a case of testicular torsion when I was 11 or 12, and they were able to save my testicle, but after the surgery, my affected testicle atrophied and diminished in size to a very significant amount. I'm not even sure if it still works or not. Although small I can still feel pain from it, if squeezed hard enough or hit by accident. Anyways, even if it did not work and produce testosterone, they say that as long as you have one healthy one it will compensate and do the work of two. I don't believe I have low testosterone, but to put my mind at ease I was just wondering if test. would have a large role to play in PE. Like, without test. would you still be able to gain, or no? And if you had low test. would the gains be slower, or maybe not even happen at all? I'm 18 years old, and like I said have been doing JP90 for about 6 months or so now, but I haven't really noticed any gains after recent measurements. I'm still about the same as when I started, with maybe a little bit of an improved EQ.

    Testosterone has no effect on penile growth after puberty. It does, however, effect libido so, in effect, if you can generate better EQ and engorgement, you may have better results with your PE exercises.

    Thanks, my EQ has been getting better, and I don't really have any libido issues, etc. So, I can probably attribute me not gaining much to my routine not being intense enough? I've been doing the Warm up for 10 minutes, 10 stretches (30 seconds each), 200 3 second jelqs, warm down, and then kegels and edging later in the day.
