  • Is warming down crucial for my workout

    I always warm up for at least 15 minutes but I have never warmed down (this is my first month) and I wanna know if warming down is important as warming up ( I actually don`t have time for warming down and I wanna know if leave time for it)

    Don't know, I have never recall done the warm down thing but I have gained well.
    Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

      You should do the warm down if your just starting out.

        i think that warming down is fondamental for heavy girth routine to prevent/cure red dots and discoloration because it increases the blood flow and circulation, so u can dispose accumulation of blod(red dots and discoloration)
