jelqing question

I'm new to this and have a question regarding jelqing.Iit is awkward for me to jelq using both hands meaning as I'm finishing the first jelq, to start the next jelq with second hand. I have tried just one hand and returning it to the base of shaft quickly before blood is able to drain out. This is much easier for me to do but I'm wondering if this is gonna effect my gain results by doing it this way.

More blood will escape and make your sessions less effective. Why can't you finish a jelq and hold your unit straight out while getting your next grip into place. Once the second grip is in place you can release your grip near your glans. You do not need to hold that grip while beginning your next jelq, simply hold it until your next grip is in place. The jelqing motion will flow much more smoothly by doing the above, and this will over time add to your gains.
