Thread: The Return Of PE
- 09-23-2009 #1
I am back. Yesterday I began the Noob Routine. I did my starter measurements to log progress and was pretty surprised. My BPEL was over 7" non BPEL was a solid 6" 1/2. Girth was 5.25. I landed a pretty nasty injury last time, I feel more experienced and think I know what to look for. I was thinking about incorperating meditation and EFT with my PE. Good idea? Also I would like to do some clamping again. Would anyone know at what point of my workout I should clamp? Or should I do One day Jelq one day clamp, then a rest day.
I would also like to make a progress log this time and try to stay possitive. What I would like is a EL of 7" and EG of 5.5 . If I get more I won't complain.I'm in no rush.
I've got goals. I'm possitive. Lets get some growth!Meet Senior Ricardo! http://yfrog.com/55picture002thj
