Hi everyone, I discovered PE a little over 6 months ago now and at first I was really excited, mainly because I had previously thought surgery was the only way increase your size (I never believed the pills worked). So I dabbled with it for about a week, not really having any idea what i was doing, but I decided it was too time consuming and gave up thinking I would just have to live with my size (5.5" NBPEL (I think that's the right abbreviation?)).
Lately though Ive been alot more self conscious and now every time I have sex I find myself worrying more about performance rather than just enjoying myself. So since this started happening (coincidentally the same time as the radio started playing a certain Lily Allan song 10 times a day) I decided give PE a real shot. I stumbled accross this site about 2 weeks ago while looking for info, and ive been PEing ever since.
My main problem now is im not sure if im doing the right thing. Im just doing some basic stretches and jelqs atm, maybe a 20min session per day, sometimes in the morning, sometimes at night. Some days ill do a morning session and my cock will feel pumped up (or stay at its largest natural flaccid state), then other days Ill do the same session but not long after my session my cock will just go back to normal. So I guess im asking what should I be expecting after I do a session? In terms of size, feeling, colour etc. Also everytime I masturbate I feel like im cancelling out my last 2 PE sessions, as my cock retracts to a small flaccid. Does this affect PE or am I just being paranoid?

okay here you go. You have NO warmup, what the hell are you thinking? Secondly, dont panic man. #rd, just like a day working your muscles, your routine should be one day on and one day off. Or two days on and one day off. Or you can just go ahead and do 5 days on and 2 days off. In pe, man, LESS is always more, if you dont heed my word, you're in for some dissapointment. Also, be prepared to do this FOR LIFE

If you make sure each stretch and each jelq is a quality one, that consistency will go a long ways toward your goals. Even doing a basic routine may tire out your unit, and then it is real important to take a rest day(s). Those of us who lift have good days, real good days, and days that pretty much suck - your pecker's reaction to your routine is no different in that respect.
Jelq initially around the 50% level, use an overhand ok grip to get as close to the base as possible, and then make sure you stroke slowly (at least 3 seconds per jelq) until you reach your glans. You should feel the blood up ahead of your grip as you slide it toward your glans.
I have found (others disagree) that 60 second stretches are better than 30. In the course of that 60 seconds you are assured of getting at least a solid 30 out of it (skin pulling, grip slipping, not stretching as hard as you can, lack of concentration, etc.). A good stretch should feel prickery around your base, but not painful. One way to increase pulling strength, or to take some of the pressure off of the hand doing the stretching, is to start your stretch, then use your other hand to assist it. I have confessed my sins when it comes to warming up before stretching. I didn't, and for three months I didn't gain anything. For the past couple of weeks I have finally started warming up, and it looks like I have gained about 1/4". I don't warm up when I jelq (again, others disagree with me), but I have been fairly successful gaining girth since I started, and I continue to gain in that area.FL 6.0"/MFG 5.75", BPEL 7.00"/MEG 6.5"

Thanks for the info. Well I do have some form of warm-up, I have a hot shower in the mornings before i jelq. Ive found that without it I cant really jelq at all, or it doesnt feel as affective anyway. As for stretches which I usually do later in the day when I get time, I have no warm up.. i just whip it out and start stretching. Also Ive been PEing every day without rest, but its mostly small / light sessions.. Ive never finished a PE session with a sore/tired cock.. just a beefed up one. Should I increase my PE session intensity and take rest days? Or will small daily sessions still give me good results?
