    I am afraid I am not stretching correctly. When I stretch I can feel my skin slowly slide over my glans and it feel like I am stretching my skin more than my ligs. I have read elsewhere on these forums that some will pull the skin back and then grip just below the glans before stretching, but it has been all those who are uncut and I am cut.

    Also, is it OK to have sex after your PE? I tried searching this but I keep getting returns of too many common words.

    Make sure your not pulling to hard but just enough to feel it. The veterans here will tell you it's ok to have sex after PE but if your not going to have sex try not to ejaculate. Try the JP 90 Routine and good luck on your journey.

    Thanks for the reply, Nemesis43. I am on the JP90 and just started. I don't believe I m pulling too hard, its just as I am holding the stretch I can feel the skin move over the glans, or the glans pulling back under the skin.

    Well just pull the skin back if that makes a difference for you. Do what feels comfortable!

    It is your grip under the glans (which for uncut penis prove more difficult). If you are uncut, pull the foreskin back and then grip. Try to make your grip alignment with your glans with most of the tension on the sides which extends out the most for men. You can also you some medium with the grip like a not abrasive cloth material which is what I used for a long while when focused on length and even cementing it.
