  • Sore after Kegels?

    Hey guys, first post!

So I have started kegeling, and noticed the next day I was sore. Usually I'd do about 200 short kegels and be done, but recently I've become obsessed with erect kegeling.

I do 5 sets of 20, rest and then do 5 more sets.

The following day I was sore enough to notice, but it was that good feeling like right after working out after a long break.

However after exercising yesterday, today I'm not sore. Does that mean I'm just getting used to it?

Oh, its one day on one day off btw. I apologize in advance for my sentence structure, I'm in Calculus on my blackberry :P

As helpful as that post is, it still doesn't address the soreness. Maybe you can provide input as to if its normal to br sore after?

You deserve some props for PE pondering while in Calculus, and what's more, posting from your mobile device.

I've never had soreness from Kegeling, but I think I may be able to relate in another way. When I haven't been on a run in a while, usually the day after the first one back I'm VERY sore, almost unable to walk. After that first time back I feel absolutely no post-run soreness at all until I take another hiatus. I can imagine it's possible to experience this when Kegeling as well.
        Starting stats - June 08': 6'' NBPEL, 4.25'' EG
        Initial Goal: 7'' NBPEL

        Sept 09': 7'' NBPEL, 5'' EG
Jan 10': 7'' NBPEL, 5.5" EG (begin maintenance routine)
        June 11': 7'' NBPEL, 5.75" EG
July 13': 7" NBPEL, 5.9" EG, began jelqing again.

        Goal: 7.5" NBPEL, 6.25'' EG

        It's a game of inches.

You're welcome!! Please use caution at all times though. Sorness can be expected but PAIN is NEVER ACCEPTABLE!!
