I seem to have a hard time with the basic OK grip jelq. I think it has to do with the turkey neck that I seem to have. I am using the right form and it does seem to do the job but I find that the v-jelq is more effective for me. I am on the 90 day routine and my question is do you think if I focus on vjelqs instead of ok grip jelqs my gains will not be as large as focusing on Ok grip jelqs? The routine calls for 150 ok grip jelqs and 50 vjelqs, I have flip flopped that number and i do 150 vjelqs and 50 ok grip jelqs. Any feedback is appreciated.
Oh and if anyone has read my previous posts on the turkey neck that I suffer from I just want to add that I have been stretching the turkey neck non stop for the last 2 weeks or so and have already notice a major improvement. It is encouraging because I was actually considering surgery and after only two weeks of stretching there is already vast improvement.9/2009 BPEL 6.0" EG 5.1"

I seem to be able to work the corpus cavernosum better with v-jelqs, and I definitely get better glans expansion. I get real good expansion of the corpus spongiosum with regular jelqs.
