sure. i know people are going to think i'm rushing into this.
during workout days, i do about 100 kegels while at work. i do some reps very fast, others nice and slow.
this is my routine - 10 minute warm up
- 10 minutes stretches in all directions (focusin on upward stretches (due to my LOT)) - 1 Set of 4-Way Flaccid bends (10 seconds each) – (20% erection)
- 1 Set of 5-Way L.O.T. stretches (30 second stretches) left, right, straight out, straight up
- 10 Circle stretches both left and right (20 total)
- Re warm up
- 10 Minutes of Wet Jelqing (OK grip - 5 second strokes)
- 3 minute shakes
- 1 Set of 5-Way L.O.T. stretches (30 second stretches) left, right, straight out, straight up
- 5 minutes stretches in all directions (focusing on upward stretches (due to my LOT))
- 5 Minutes for warm-down
mon - workout
tue - workout
wed - off
thurs - workout
fri - off
sat - off
sun - workout
i also ejeculate once per day, usually right before bedtime (either girl induced or hand induced)
i also try to do very light stretches every time i pee
