    in just over 2 weeks of PE, i'm seeing results.

    + 1/4 inch erect girth, + 1/4 inch erect length.

          Congrats! I felt the same way ,when I saw my first gains.

          And I wouldnt call it luck . Its there for anyone determined enough.

                  during workout days, i do about 100 kegels while at work. i do some reps very fast, others nice and slow.

                  this is my routine
                  - 10 minute warm up

                    oh, and for motivation.

                    my ex-gf moved out of town a couple months back, shes been asking me to go visit.
                    i decided...i refuse to meet up with her until i reach my goal... 7 inches.
                    it may take me a year to get there, that's fine. it WILL happen.

                          hahaha "girl induced" thats funny man. Thats awesome though, I'm a good 2 weeks in now too and I haven't measured yet but I am pretty sure its doing something. Keep up the good work
