  • 4 months no gain

    So I did PE for 4 months and got no gains. Started in June.

    First of all, I'm long and very thin, 19 years virgin and could get so many girls yet but i'm way too shy to have sex with.
    My dick is 6.5 inches nbp and 6.7-8 inches bp but i am 10.5 cm (4.3 inches) at base, 10 cm midshaft (3.9 inches), don't fit in standard condoms, my goal was to pe TO fit in regular condoms. Hit hard my estime of me because it's very important for me, my cock kinda never got any thicker from when i was way younger and i'm good looking guy and that's only thing that it miss to me ! I even talked that with my mom lolll.. I asked her if my dad was long and thin. She told me that he was way thicker but shorther (Not in 6 inches long i think) and my brother is like 7 inch long and thicker than me because he fit in standard condoms. So genes theory is crap, or i didn't finish growing maybe.. Some sign that my puberty hasn't finished yet maybe is beard and hair still starting to appear on my body. I plan to go to doctor and do blood test, pressure test etc. I have no fat pad, im only 125 pounds.

    I'm still doing a newbie routine, 8 min streching cuz i don't want my penis to get any longer, i tried some sort of streches but right now im doing JAI and tunica tug. Doing 100 V-Jelq 3sec strokes, 100 Ok-Jelq 3sec strokes can't do any longer stroke because i lose erection. I kegels 25-30 long 10-20 sec holds after workout, Warmup-Warmdown for 10-15 min. Taking Ginkgo, drinking good things with no caffeine like cranberrie juice, green tea, water. Eating lot of chicken, fish, vegetables etc.

    I'm kinda depressed too so it affects my erection quality, it's very hard to turn me on without porn but i've stop watching it. Not using it to pe either, i'm starting to think that i might cuz it's the only thing that can give me good hard longer erections...
    Remarked too that my penis is way more conditioned to what it was, not getting any red dots from pressure now. But if i exercise just a little bit more than that, my penis shrink after workout and i lose girth size from my flaccid penis, that's why i didn't incorporated more exercices. I guess it's because im so thin so my cock is more fragile ??

    Well, i'm starting to lose hope, any guys started same size as me and gained girth ?? If so, please tell me your routine.

    sure its 4 months? you could just be on like your 60th day(give or take) of jelqing. even though your rest days constitute gains, i feel the actual jelqing days is what one should notch down as for how many weeks, months, years, decades, or centuries one has completed.

    or maybe not. just my opinion. someone correct me if im wrong.

      Make sure you warm up and stay warm throughout your session.

      PE is 90% psychological. If youre depressed, you wont gain. You need to be happy about your cock.

        Ppb, welcome to the Gym.

        Like Vegetarian says, you should relax. Sex is about so much more than penis size, and you are right around average. Average penis size is really exaggerated, too, from what I gather.

        That aside, I really think you may be going too intense. You should feel almost immediate benefits to proper PE, like improved erections and night-wood after a week or two. I think you should cut down your routine to as little as 40 wet jelqs per session. Just try it out! You've got nothing to lose. At least try a lighter routine before you think about increasing the pressure. You are probably a less-is-more guy, which is a good thing!

        Also maybe add in a lot of edging to help those gains a long.

          Good to see you posting after so long Ppb,
          The guys are right, its time for a change. You aren't failing, you've just learned that something doesn't work, so now try something else.
          I myself would trade you an inch of my girth for an inch of your length right now. See there, what's important to me vs what's important to you? Please trust me when I say that your girth is so close to normal that 99% of women wouldn't notice and your length is so well above average that 100% of women would notice and remember, so you have absolutely nothing to worry about in the size department when it comes to a woman's perception. what you want is obtainable, you just have to find the right formula. radiohead mentioned ULIs and I think that would really help you with girth, but just relax and slow down like veggie and cernunnos said. Maybe experiment a week or so with different things and whatever rocks you go with on a set routine for a while. Never give up though because there are so many things you haven't tried yet and you're young and have a world of time to do this.

            Cernunnos, maybe you're right i'm going to give this a try. You said that i should cut down to 40 wet jelqs, do you mean that i should cut my v-jelq or reduce them to 40 too ? So i should wait for ulis to see any improvement ?

                As you can see, the median is around 4,75. It means you are only 0,85 inch below the median. Now that's circumference. Divide 0,75 by 3,1416 and you get 0,2387. When a girl see your dick, she dosent care about your circumference. She will notice how large you look and I dont think 1/4 inch will be noticable unless she grabs the ruler to mesure it So my suggestion is to try to get some ass in your bed before you reach your ideal size and dont think about it. I know it's easier said than done, but believe me if I had let my size stop me, I would still be a virgin at 27! Sex is good even when you feel small.

                    Maybe do just 30 wet jelqs and 20 v-jelqs, depending on how your penis responds to it. This is a pretty light routine, so you're going to need to be patient. I did this routine a while ago and gained a surprising amount (about .1 EL and .2 EG) considering how little I was jelqing. This routine might be too light for some people, but I think everybody shouold start out light just in case they are easy gainers. If you increase intensity before you need to your penis will simply adapt and it will be harder to gain later.

                    Pay attention to your PI's. If you don't know what those are, check out the link below in my signature!

                    Just don't forget your kegels!

                        Yeah, just keep trying different routines as well. I think certain ones work better for certain people. I am not a fast gainer but do find some change taking place.

                        I am not a HUGE believer in the psychological percentage of PE. In other words, if it works, believe in it or not, if you do the work it will work. If PE doesn't work, believe in it or not and it won't work. Just stick to the routine and have fun. People are making gains. This works. :-)

                            Oh yeah, a good way to tell if you've been overtraining is: Take a deconditioning break, and if your PI's improve after a couple of days, then it's a good indicator that you've been overtraining. If your PI's improve, keep on taking a break until your PI's stop improving, and then start again with a much lighter routine.

                            Please tell me if this doesn't make any sense.
