    Time to start afresh, i have tried and failed on two previous occasions mainly due to commitment issues, i could cite other problems but i have to hold my hands up and admit "my mistake".

    I'm back with a new found commitment and verve, i have been exercising my body for a couple of months now and it has proved to me that my commitment is there and i CAN do it, i just need to transfer it to my PE journey.

    I'm going to browse the forums and see if the JP90 routine is still the best conditioning routine to start with and take it from there.

    I'm happy to accept friends requests, the more friendly motivation you have, the easier something becomes!
