  • Does anyone warm up without stretches?

    I am a long time lurker here, and I have tried PE a few times on and off with really no results each time.

    I've always stressed safety, and warmed up with hot water, then stretched.

    Recently I tried warming up by just edging and performing ulis and horse squeezes, then jelqing and performing ulis between sets of 25. This finally seems to be having a noticeable effect, and I can see my penis has been increasing in size (though I did overdo the squeezes a bit tonight.)


    What do you guys think? Am I just setting myself up for injury?

    I'm mostly aiming for girth. I'm worried that stretching might make those gains harder, are my concerns valid?

    Listen to your body what works for you you need to figure that out. As for the stretches things limiting your girth just do somw girth sets then stretches and then girth work after again. No harn trying see how it goes

      Once my cock was totally conditioned after three months of progressive JELQING,
      all the stretches came with no injuries. However, I still practiced a hot wrap
      15 minute warm up and practiced the stretches only after 90 minutes of
      JELQING.
