    I have read a lot of posts on good newbie routines, and I am following one now, but I was curious about how much stretching I should do in a day, as a maximum limit. It is easy for me to do, and I use jelqing as well, but mostly I am looking for length. I don't want to overdo it though, so if you have any advice, i would appreciate it. Also, i do kegels, and iwas wondering if you should be erect for this?
