Something for the Head
No matter what problem, or challenge you might face at anytime during your life, one thing is for sure. If your head isn't right and you aren't mentally prepared, your chances of conquering it are minimal. PE is no different and requires a good positive attitude coupled with a sound plan of action that can only be accomplished with a little labor and sweat. Yes , you have to work for it.There are no shortcuts or magic formulas, You have to do this yourself. There are many obstacles to prevent you from accomplishing your goals, but none greater than your own attitude and emotional/mental state. How do you get your head right?
A. Make a choice to do what it is you want to accomplish
1. Either do it or don't do it, there is no try, to paraphrase Yoda
2. When you neglect your mission, there is only your choice to not succeed.
3. If its too hard for you then don't do it.
4. Self Discipline is required at all times.
B. Break down the problem into smaller segments
1. Large problems are simply many smaller problems grouped together
2. Smaller problems are easier to solve so by attacking each small problem one by one, eventually the large problem is solved.
C. You must motivate yourself.
1. Concentrate focus on the positive advantages of your reward.
2. Eliminate any negatives and obstacles. The clearer the trail, the easier the journey.
a. Can't never could and never will.
b. Excuses are the building blocks of failure. There can be "NO EXCUSES".
c. You have to believe. If you don't believe in what you are doing you will fail.
D. Compete only with yourself and not others. If you are in total control, you can't lose.
E. Be completely honest with yourself. You can lie to yourself all you want but it won't change the fact
F. Recognize success
1. When positives outweigh negatives, that is success.
2. When something does not work, it is not failing. Failure is when you give up or quit without reaching your goals.
3. Concentrate on positives and visualize success.
4. Approach setbacks as one of those "small problems" but never as failure.
5. Every setback is a successful learning opportunity that should make you stronger and better prepared to complete your mission.
G. Get in touch with your "Individuality"
1. You aren't the other guy, though there are similiarities there are differences.
2. Never expect to be or do exactly like that other guy.
3. The successes of others should give you confidence and faith in your own mission.
4. The failures of others should be viewed as learning experiences
H. Never lose sight of your goals
1. Never feel sorry for yourself, feel challenged.
2. Through support and information, boost your own confidence and welcome challenges.
I. Refuse to fail
1. Never quit or give up unless you've exhausted all resources and possibilities
2. You have a lifetime to accomplish things and a world of resources available.
This list could be much longer, but these are many of the key areas where people just simply fail because of lack of conditioning and preparedness.

What can you expect Right Off?
You decide to get in shape, so you wake up saturday morning and proceed to run a mile like you used to do when you were younger. You push yourself and manage to get in 1/2 a mile or so and call it a good start. Later that night your legs are cramping and swelling, you have slight pain and discomfort, but you know it was from the 1/2 mile run earlier so you take a hot bath and some ibuprofen. The next morning you wake up and you're so stiff and sore you have to do a 20-30 minute warmup before you even attempt a run............................................... .................
One thing that almost always gets overlooked for newcomers is what to expect immediately upon starting exersizes. Just as if you started running yesterday and your muscles were sore that evening, your penis will react from exersize with similiar symptoms. Loss of EQ, minor soreness and especially turtling are all very normal when you first start PE and it should be expected. Other symptoms could be a tingling burning sensation when urinating or ejaculating, or even skin irritation. These symptoms will improve as you become conditioned to working your unit. Remember this is something new that your body has to become accustomed to. Pain, however is not to be expected and needs to be attended to accordingly.
If you're just starting out you need to stick to your beginner's routine JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine follow the safety precautions of Heating up properly and not using too much force. Safety First Expect some discomfort and loss of EQ as your unit is not accustomed to this extra form of work but don't lose your head over minor changes as your mental state is equally important to penis health as your physical state. Be careful and use good judgement taking advantage of all the Great, Free advice here in the forums and grow a nice big healthy dick.Dr. PhibbysHammer has not got 3 degrees from HARVARD, YALE and PRINCETON and is in no way LICENSED TO PRACTICE MEDICINE or PSYCHOLOGY. https://www.pegym.com/forums/success...hacts-phi.html

Stop Warming up and Start HEATING UP!!
I felt this issue needed addressing as it is one of Foundation issues of our PE programs. I know many guys claim to not warm up at all or not much at all and do fine but I personally know better. Too many people think its as simple as a pitcher warming up his arm or a runner warming up their legs, ITS NOT. Though Our Penis is partly muscle it is many other things that are NOT MUSCLE and we need to Stimulate it all to grow it all.
Warmup is what we call it when we get our units heated up and ready for exersize. Warm DOES NOT get it done though.
I'm sure if 100 guys hung their willies out and we took temperature readings they could all be classified as "WARM", however none of them would be ready to exersize.
We HEAT up before exersizing to do many things. Following are some of the most important to me
1. Increase blood flow
2. To break down the collagen
Collagen is the substance that holds the cells of your body together. Next to water, collagen is the most important structural substance in our bodies. Collagen makes up 75% of our skin, and 80% of our connective tissue! Collagen is also the material used by the body to rebuild new cells, new skin, hair, nails, teeth, connective tissue, cartilage ligaments, joints, bones, arteries, blood vessels, immune cells, genetic material, retina, cornea, lens of the eye in crystalline forms, and all body mass.
I encourage everyone to study Collagen and provided a quick link for some basic facts.
Collagen
3. To soften and make more elastic our all components such as tendons and ligaments for maximum stretching
4. To open up skin pores which enhances the repair and regeneration
5. To excite every component of our unit right down to the cellular level which enhances the repair and regeneration synthesis
I've said it many times, the MAGIC is in the HEAT. Some will dispute me and others will agree, but I promise you if you do not HEAT up properly, you will suffer, either by injuries and or certainly by LACK or Hindrance of GAINS.
Stop warming up and start HEATING UP, as HOT as you can stand it. The HOTTER the BETTER I believe.Dr. PhibbysHammer has not got 3 degrees from HARVARD, YALE and PRINCETON and is in no way LICENSED TO PRACTICE MEDICINE or PSYCHOLOGY. https://www.pegym.com/forums/success...hacts-phi.html

The Secret of Instant Penis Growth
Hello and welcome to the PE Gym where you have never seen or been offered the secret to INSTANT PENIS GROWTH. You never will be, because it does not exist (not in a safe healthy form anyway). However if you want to know the secret to increasing the size of your unit then read on.
The PE Gym offers invaluable information based on science, medicine, and the experiences of thousands of PE enthusiasts. Successes and failures are all made public with men sharing detailed accounts of what works and what hurts. I must admit that after reading just a few of the success stories for the first time, that I was mesmerized and the prospect of a larger unit was very exciting and consumed my every thought as I continued to read. I found posts that explained the science and mechanics of PE as well as many interesting ideas relating to PE. I also read many stories of successes as well as failures. I was fascinated but at the same time encouraged and motivated to apply this science to my own benefit so I kept reading. At times I would take my unit out and give myself an upclose example of the exersizes I was studying. Other times I would be googling and referencing Medical journals to either prove or disprove something I had read. I spent many hours for many days totally devoted to reading, evaluating information, and never once was my appetite quenched. As I write here today I still crave information pertaining to this subject and I'm constantly searching for more. The reason I want you to know this is because I found the answer and I want you to have it. I know the secrets to increasing the size of my penis. I know the secrets to enhancing and improving its function. I don't know everything yet, but I do know enough to succeed. Following is a list of things you will need if you indeed would like to improve your life and increase the size of your Penis.
1. Belief (You have to believe and have faith in what you are doing)
2. Intimacy (You have to be able to relate to your penis at the deepest level)
3. Goals (You need to know where you want to go before you can set out to get there)
4. Patience (it doesn't happen instantly or overnight)
5. Education (You have to have the proper knowledge before you can apply it)
6. Necessitation (It must be necessary to attend your exersizes just as you brush your teeth daily)
7. Information (You must have credible information available)
8. Support (You must have support from others whether it be knowledge and experience or motivational)
9. Time (You have to devote time to a program, though it doesn't have to be a lot of time)
10. Optimism (You have to have a positive attitude)
11. Order (You have to have Order and Organization in your program)
12. Love (You need to love what you are doing)
13. Simplicity (You have to avoid making it difficult when it is not)
As I stated earlier, I spent hours upon hours reading and studying. I was learning. I was learning
everything I needed to know and all it was costing me was time. Here there are many guys who
have been there and done that. We can draw on years of experience and knowledge gained from
men who have succeeded at increasing the size and efficiency of their units. Never once did I read
where someone accomplished anything instantly or overnight. These men have put in countless hours
days and years perfecting techniques, proving some theories and disproving others, while in the end
molding and shaping the techniques that really work for you and I today.
I see guys all the time hitting the forum and asking the simplest questions over and over, again and again
when the answer was always right there in the posts. They didn't study. They want it now and they
don't seem to be willing to put forth much effort. They won't grow their unit either. Some achieve gains
faster than others and many take far longer than average to see viable gains, but those who commit all
share one thing in common, they succeed. Many say I'm lucky as I've achieved massive gains in so
short a time. To me its not luck though. I say its dedication and determination coupled with a solid
work ethic designed to produce results. I could spend hundreds of hours chasing magic pills and creams
as well as looking for the overnight program but I don't. I apply my time to what is proven and what I know
has worked so well for me. If you really want success, then you should plan for it by commiting to it and
staying faithful to your program with hard work and study, never losing faith and never getting sidetracked
by those so called "Instant Enlargement" scams that do not in fact increase your size permanently as PE does.

Outline for Beginner Success
So many people take on difficult tasks without a plan and being unprepared they only succeed at failure. Below is an outline to help beginners plan and succeed. I believe you can do anything you want as long as you plan and prepare yourself properly. One of my favorite quotes is "Failing to plan is planning to fail". I hope this short outline helps many of you with your plans for success.
Please read this thread Something for the Head as I believe that getting mentally and emotionally prepared for any challenge is the first step to success. Welcome to the Gym and Best of luck in meeting your challenges.
1. Set your goals , but be reasonable and don't put them out of reach.
a. Short term goals are best so you can have many smaller successes adding up to your final long term goal.
b. Never try to immitate or emulate someone else, as you are unique and different.
c. Choose your goals based on a reasonable average success rate achieved by others, especially those similiar to you.
2. Research and study as much as possible so you have the necessary data to form a viable plan to achieve your goals.
a. Remember that you are not "the other guy", and cater your research to yourself and your needs.
b. Have a support base in place to draw from when needed. The PEGYM is open 24/7
3. Layout a plan and a schedule that you can commit to consistently without interruption for accomplishing your goals.
a. The higher priority you make your mission the greater chance of success.
b. Give yourself plenty of time, if you make it a race you will almost always lose. Be patient and reasonable as you have a lifetime ahead.
c. Avoid cluttering up your strategy with too many tedious details. Keep it simple and concentrate your focus on the primary mission.
d. Remember, you can always add something if needed so don't overload yourself to begin with.
4. Implement your plan and execute it with diligence and consistancy
a. Keep a log to track positives and negatives and adjust/correct where necessary
b. Keep in mind that sometimes even starting from scratch is the best course of action, when your approach is not working.
c. Draw from your support base. Refuel on confidence and knowledge as often as possible.
d. When a strategy does not work it is not failure, its a small success of eliminating one possible solution.
e. Be flexible and adapt, you're in control
5. Share your successes and setbacks with others
a. Someone shared with you now its your turn to pass it on.
b. Having a big dick with bad kharma is just like having a million dollars you can't spend.Dr. PhibbysHammer has not got 3 degrees from HARVARD, YALE and PRINCETON and is in no way LICENSED TO PRACTICE MEDICINE or PSYCHOLOGY. https://www.pegym.com/forums/success...hacts-phi.html

GETTING A BIG PENIS -to function properly
Getting a BIG Penis is one thing, getting it to do what you want is something else. Many guys work their asses off to gain an inch or two in length and girth only to be stressed at making it function properly. many guys with big gains can't seem to get that rock hard erection anymore and there's also a loss of sensation for some. Some lose the ability to ejaculate or urinate efficiently. Most problems can probably be associated with injury while exersizing. No one can ever stress enough just how important it is to take serious caution when exersizing your precious tool because the risks are many and real. Sure we have doctors and science that supposedly gets better all the time but I just haven't seen a lot of glorious new information and breakthroughs in the field of penile medicine lately. I see guys wanting to skip the basic conditioning program and go straight to the hard core stuff and I see a guy damaged for life because of impatience and stupidity. Its going to take some time and its going to take some elbow grease and sweat so settle in for the long haul. Before you start working your unit Heat up for 10-20 minutes and take all the time you need to be careful and exersize safely. And remember , a 12" dick that doesn't get hard, splatters during urination, and is in pain 24 hours a day, isn't nearly as valuable as a 5" dick that is perfectly healthy.

The PE'ers CREED
I believe that I can have a much bigger , longer and harder penis. I believe it with a faith born not of words, but of achievments. Successful results obtained by PE'ers who've dedicated countless hours, days, weeks, months and years to discovering and perfecting the techniques we use today that give us such great results.
I believe that exersizing one's penis is therapeudic as well as healthy. I also believe that the challenge to increase its size is a worthy cause that in so many ways will enhance not only the phallus but life in general. My steadfast faith in this program, though based on proven methods and countless success stories, is fueled and motivated by my oppinion that size does in fact matter and bigger is indeed better.
I believe in the power of the individual to take charge of his body and become master of its maintenance and well being, utilizing everything at his disposal to become a better caretaker of self and in the power of dedicated individuals who seek out and explore new theories and practices to further our cause.
I believe that we who share this dedication can and will overcome any and all obstacles and setbacks with persistent vigor, support from our peers and most of all our personal commitment to refuse to fail. I believe that I can achieve great things with the wonderful knowledge available to me and I have faith that my success will stand solid as a trophy to those who so generously guided me along my way
Ask me about my Awesome Penis!!
