Thread: Turtling after weightlifting?

i know someone mentioned that i think JP or someone else posted a way to prevent this, but i've had no luck finding the thread. please advise! thanks, joe.

Hey joe, penis sleeves keep it extended and can be worn throughout the day under normal clothing. They can be found in many styles and designs at any adult novelty or sex toy store. You can google them to get an idea of what they look like. Wrapping it also works, if you want to wrap it with an ace bandage that would work fine also. It'd just take a little more time and effort.

They can be worn all day as long as circulation is allowed. Wrap it only tight enough that it does not let it turtle up. If the glans (head) start to get cold or numb you need to unwrap and manually circulate before rewrapping. You need to visually and physically check it every 1/2 hour or so until you get the tension of the wrap down pat. Aside from preventing turtling, this also is a form of long term stretching. Since your unit can't turtle up its in an "expanded state" which is a form of low tension stretching that I believe is every bit as productive as fowfers or piss pulls ect...... I credit my regular flaccid length hang to all the days I wore a sleeve coupled with many spontaneous erections throughout the day. It is also my belief that anything that improves flaccid length and hang also contributes to erect length. And finally one other benefit is the HEAT retention when wrapped or covered. By keeping it warmer throughout the day the circulation is improved and all the healing/regeneration factors are excited (amplified). I always say "There's Magic in the HEAT".

Nice, PH - I took your advice today as I did a killer PE workout. AFterwards I stretched my unit and wrapped it all the way down with ace bandage. The first time I tried it it was a little too purple for my taste, so I re-wrapped looser and it was perfect. Even walked around with it for an hour or so in public! Man it made my pants stick out
It's wrapped as we speak and I plan on leaving it on all day...and you are right it does add a little all day stretch!

Just how exactly do you use this bandage?
Do you wrap it tight only at the base or wrap it all around the shaft?
And for how long should we keep it on? And should we also keep it on on the off days?

theoretically, if one were to wrap their flaccid penis with layers of Ace wrap going up the shaft as more stretch was desired, would that not be about the same mechanism as a traction device?

Here's my method regarding it:
Anti-turtling has proven to be positive for me. My unit turtles (especially on PE days) and avoiding this HAS led me to a longer fuller flaccid. So far I've been impressed after 3 days of doing this. The Key: perfecting your wrap so you don't cut off circulation. I keep it on all day long until I go to bed, taking only periodic breaks to restore circulation or use the bathroom, then rewrap.
1. Pull out your flaccid unit, pulling straight out.
2. WIth your other hand begin wrapping LOOSELY but not 'too loose' starting 1 inch below the coronal ridge.
3. After 2-3 wraps at the top I spiral the wrap down toward the base.
4. You are done! At this point your unit will be wrapped loosely but the head won't turtle, and your dick will remain healing in an extended state!! Stuff it in some boxer-briefs (not underwear - too tight, not boxers - too loose).
Until you master your wrapping technique check your penis every 15min or so, make sure the glans is RED and WARM (not purple or cold). If it is purple or cold or numb it is too tight and can be VERY DANGEROUS. This is another reason to NOT do it at nighttime.
It is great! try it! I walk around all day with a huge bulge in my pants YA it is the wrapping but the girls like to look I noticed
