Hey all these days im really persistent with my routine that is..
10 min warm up
5min kegel with stretches
10min jelqing with kegels
But im not really getting any positive PIs. IM rather getting neutral PIs only so im thinking maybe 10minute jelqing is too much or its the kegels i do during the jelqs... I sort of get hard flaccids couple of hours after each session so Im just really confused. At the same time im really eager to have a lonh schlong so im ready to take in all the advices or feedback you can give me! THANKS!
