Alright I want ur input on whether my current workout is good. I first started out with Big Al's "Old Style" Beginners PE Routine.

Now Im doing this routine
Warm UP: 5 min
Power Stretch: 10 min
Jelq: 10 min
V Stretch: 5 min
Jelq and Hold: 5 min
Warm Down: 5 min
Honestly, I rarely warm down
2 days on , one day off
My goal is to gain both length and width. Do u think what I am doing is in the right direction. I also do edging on my on days if i have time. THen i do a kegel program called PC Blaster at least 2x a week.
